Frequently Asked Questions
Who looks after the students?
Each group of 5–6 students is assigned a mentor who acts as their guardian and helper throughout the camp. There are always several adults available, ensuring students are well cared for and always supported
Communication & Support
All mentors speak good English and are trained to assist students with daily needs, travel, or emotional support. Parents can also reach the camp coordinator for updates during the program.
Accommodation
Students stay in safe, supervised dorms or hotels, 2 per room. Staff members live on the same floor to ensure comfort and security
How is safety ensured during activities and travel?
Our entire program is fully chaperoned. Transportation is arranged through licensed, insured bus companies. Every location, from classrooms to field trip sites, is reviewed for safety. Students always move as a group under adult supervision
Meals and Well-being
All meals are provided and freshly prepared, including three balanced meals per day and healthy snacks. We accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies — parents can note these in the registration form
About Our Local Partner
Doro is a Korean edu-tech company specializing in youth AI and robotics education. They originated through collaboration with Ansan City’s “Creative Narae” makerspace, and their founders include robotics engineering students from Hanyang University ERICA. They develop and provide maker education tools, curriculum, and hands-on programs (using 3D printers, laser cutters, robotics kits) to schools and youth groups. Doro also hosts robot camps, competitions, and training sessions nationwide, with claims of over 40,350 students served and thousands of teaching hours delivered, recently they hosted several international camps successfully.
