Why is S.T.E.A.M important?

STEAM is an acronym for Science, Techonology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics. STEAM activities teach kids to use both the analytic left hemisphere and the innovative right hemisphere of their brain while approaching problems. STEAM activities allow kids come up with more, better solution. More STEAM related jobs are projected to grow 13% from 2017 to 2027.

Attackbot [Robotics class]

In this action-packed course, students will explore real-world battle machines, master programming to make their robots move and react, and learn to use sensors, motors, and hubs for precise speed, power, and control. Along the way, they’ll also develop essential skills in teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Schedule: 4:30 - 5:30 PM, every Tuesday
